Abstract: An apparatus to manage wireless communications may include an interface component to monitor channel load over a multiplicity of communications channels in an least one wireless communications band, and an interference management component to identify an active channel of a wireless local area network (WLAN) link, and identify a select channel from the multiplicity of communications channels that is orthogonal to the active channel of the WLAN link to transmit wireless data over a wireless personal area network (WPAN) link.
