Abstract: A touch display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, a driving electrode and a reference electrode. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The display medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The driving electrode is disposed on the first substrate. The reference electrode is disposed on the second substrate. In a touch time interval of a frame time, the reference electrode is provided with a first reference voltage, and the driving electrode is alternatively provided with a first voltage and a second voltage, wherein the first voltage is greater than the first reference voltage and the second voltage is less than or equal to the first reference voltage.
