The presently disclosed threaded joint for pipes includes a pin provided with a male thread portion at one end of a first pipe, and a box provided with a female thread portion at one end of a second pipe, where each of a plurality of thread grooves of the female thread portion has a corner portion on a load flank side and a corner portion on a stabbing flank side on a thread bottom side, a corner portion on a load flank side of a first thread groove includes a first arc portion that has a first curvature radius, and a second arc portion that has a second curvature radius, and a ratio of the second curvature radius to the first curvature radius is 3 or more.

    摘要: A screw joint for a pipe comprising (1) a pin member, the raw pipe portion of which has an outer diameter set to 168.3 mm or less, and wherein an outer peripheral surface of a nose portion of the pin member is formed into an outwardly projecting convex curve as viewed in cross section taken along an axial direction of the pin member, wherein the convex curve is formed into a curved shape where a composite R curve is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of outwardly convex arcs having different radii of curvature R from each other on a generating line of a cylindrical portion disposed adjacent to a male threaded portion, a radius of curvature R of the arc is increased as the arc is away from the male threaded portion, and a tangent of the arc on a connecting point agrees with a tangent of the arc which is a connection counterpart, and wherein a length of the nose portion is set from 5 mm to less than 20 mm, and (2) a box member, wherein the inner peripheral surface of the box member is formed into a tapered surface which interferes with the outer peripheral surface of the nose portion of the pin member at the time of joining with the pin member.
