摘要: A method of estimating a surface tension of coal inert material includes determining in advance a first relational expression representing a relationship between a surface tension of coal inert material and a physical property value representing a coal rank; and measuring the physical property value representing the coal rank of a coal for which the surface tension of coal inert material is to be estimated, and calculating the surface tension of the coal inert material by using the measured physical property value representing the coal rank and the first relational expression.

摘要: Provided is a technique by which the compatibility between coals for cokemaking can be quantitatively determined to estimate the coke strength taking into account the compatibility and to select and blend coals based on the coke strength estimated taking into account the compatibility, thereby allowing the production of a coke with the desired strength. A method for blending coals for cokemaking includes predicting the strength of a coke to be produced from a blend of a plurality of coals based on a difference between the surface tensions of the plurality of coals after heat treatment and determining the types and proportions of the coals to be blended.

摘要: A method of producing a sintered ore includes charging a sintering raw material containing a powder ore and a carbonaceous material onto a circulatory moving pallet to form a charged layer, igniting the carbonaceous material on a surface of the charged layer, introducing air above the charged layer containing a gaseous fuel diluted to not more than a lower limit of combustion concentration with wind boxes arranged below the pallet into the charged layer by suction, and combusting the gaseous fuel and the carbonaceous material in the charged layer, wherein more than 50% of a total supply of the gaseous fuel is supplied in a front ½ portion of a region supplying the gaseous fuel.

摘要: Method for producing sintered ore in which air above a charged layer containing a gaseous fuel supplied from a plurality of gaseous fuel supplying devices installed in a machine length direction on a downstream of an ignition furnace of a sintering machine is sucked by a wind box disposed below a pallet and is introduced into the charged layer, and the gaseous fuel and the carbon material are combusted inside the charged layer to produce the sintered ore, wherein a total amount of supply of the gaseous fuel supplied from the gaseous fuel supplying devices is set to be constant, the amount of supply of the gaseous fuel supplied from each gaseous fuel supplying devices is increased or decreased depending on an amount of air sucked into the charged layer in a region which each gaseous fuel supplying device is installed, thereby optimizing a supply ratio of the gaseous fuel.

摘要: There is provided a method for blending coals for coke production, in which the strength of coke produced from a coal blend serving as a raw material is estimated using a physical property that has not been taken into consideration in the past as an index, so that the method is capable of suppressing an increase in the raw material cost of the coal blend and increasing the strength of coal. Two or more coal brands are blended together to provide a coal blend for coke production. When the two or more coal brands are blended together, the coal brands and the blending ratio of the coal brands are determined using the surface tension of each of the coal brands subjected to heat treatment, the surface tension serving as a control index.
