摘要: A decarburization end point determination method includes: estimating the carbon concentration and oxygen concentration of the molten steel and carbon dioxide gas concentration of exhaust gas in the vacuum chamber by using measurement values of the carbon concentration and the oxygen concentration of the molten steel, a measurement value of internal pressure of the vacuum chamber, and a model formula; correcting a parameter included in the model formula to reduce at least one of a difference between an estimate value and a measurement value of the oxygen concentration and a difference between an estimate value and a measurement value of the carbon dioxide gas concentration of the exhaust gas; estimating the carbon concentration of the molten steel by using the model formula in which the parameter is corrected; and determining timing when an estimate value reaches a target value as the completion time point of the vacuum decarburization treatment.

摘要: An optimal calculation method of an energy operating condition in an iron mill includes calculating, using a total energy operation cost of the iron mill within a predetermined period of time from a current time as an evaluation function, an operation condition of an energy facility in the iron mill as a decision variable such that a value of the evaluation function decreases, at each predetermined time within the predetermined period of time, based on actual values and estimated values of a generation amount and a used amount of energy utility for each of factories comprised in the iron mill. The method includes a step of calculating the decision variable by imposing an equality constraint such that the decision variable related to a power generation facility included in the energy facility is constant within a predetermined aggregation time.

摘要: An energy operation support device includes: an optimization calculation unit; and operation guideline transmission units. The calculation unit sets an operation condition of an energy facility as a determination variable based on information obtained from a result value/prediction value acquisition unit, unit price information acquisition unit, and functioning information acquisition unit, constitutes a balance condition of an energy utility, and adds a shortage amount determination variable of the energy utility to the generation variable side of the balance condition and establishes a constraint condition. Then, the unit sets an objective function containing the total cost for the energy operation of a steel works and the shortage amount determination variable and arithmetically operates the determination variable so the objective function asymptotically approaches the optimum value to satisfy the constraint condition. The transmission units transmit an operation guideline to an operator based on the shortage amount arithmetically operated in the calculation unit.
