Abstract: A power split and power convergence combined hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device includes an input member, a power split mechanism, a mechanical transmission mechanism, a power convergence mechanism, an output member, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The input member is connected to the power split mechanism, the power convergence mechanism is connected to the output member, and the clutch assembly connects an output end of the power split mechanism to an input end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and an input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism and connects an input end of the power convergence mechanism to an output end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and an output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member.

Abstract: A continuously variable transmission system for hybrid power multi-mode switching, includes an input component, an output component, a clutch assembly, a brake, a hydraulic transmission assembly and a planetary gear assembly, wherein the input component is connected with the hydraulic transmission assembly, the output component is connected with the planetary gear assembly, the clutch assembly connects the input component and the hydraulic transmission assembly to the planetary gear assembly respectively, and the brake and the clutch assembly provide a transmission ratio for continuous forwarding or backwarding continuously between the input component and the output component. The hydro-mechanical transmission is switched to mechanical transmission by increasing the displacement ratio of the hydraulic transmission assembly linearly or non-linearly.

Abstract: A hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft, a split mechanism, a mechanical transmission assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is connected, through the split mechanism, to the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly that are connected in parallel, and the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly are both connected to the output shaft. The mechanical transmission assembly includes a front planetary-gear-set assembly and a rear planetary-gear-set assembly. The front planetary-gear-set assembly and the rear planetary-gear-set assembly are connected in series. The control method includes three modes of transmission: pure hydraulic transmission, hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission, and pure mechanical transmission are implemented through combination and engagement/disengagement of gear-shift components.
