Abstract: A method for playing an incoming call sound, a system and a bluetooth-based smart watch thereof are described. The method includes establishing a bluetooth connection between a bluetooth-based smart watch and a mobile phone; presetting a plurality of prompt sounds corresponding to a plurality of different telephone numbers; and inquiring one prompt sound based on one telephone number corresponding to an incoming call for playing the prompt sound when the mobile phone receives the incoming call. The user can determine whether to answer the incoming call, or to deal with the incoming call in any other manner when it is inconvenient to answer the incoming call or check the information of the incoming call for the user.
