Abstract: A sunglasses supporting hat assembly includes a cap including a top wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends downwardly from the top wall. The perimeter wall has a bottom edge defining a head receiving opening of the cap. A brim is attached to and extends outwardly from bottom edge. A panel is flexible and attached to an outer surface of the perimeter wall and is positioned over the brim. The panel is formable into a closed loop with the perimeter wall. A fastener is positioned on the panel to releasably retain the panel in the closed loop. The panel to receives and retains a bridge of a pair of glasses on the cap when the panel is formed into the closed loop extending around the bridge.
