摘要： A system (10) for dispensing dunnage material includes a chute (30) connectable to a supply (20, 40) of flowable dunnage. A container (12) or a bottom of the chute (30) is moved into a dispensing position where the bottom of the chute (30) is proximate the fill plane of the container (12). A controller (16) selectively opens a shutter (50) at the bottom of the chute (30) to dispense dunnage and then closes the shutter (50) to separate the dispensed dunnage from the dunnage in the chute (30) while also removing the dunnage above the fill plane of the container (12). The chute (30) includes at least one substantially horizontal plate member (54) that is openable to selectively vary the size of an aperture (52) created thereby at the bottom of the chute (30) for dispensing dunnage material therethrough.

摘要： An adapter enables a conventional MIG welding machine to successfully use spoked wire wheels on which weld wire is wound. The adapter assembles over a rotatable hub that is also conventional. The adapter has a notch that mates without backlash with a post on the hub, thereby assuring that the hub and adapter rotate together. The adapter also has tabs that engage spokes of the wire wheel without backlash. Accordingly, the wire wheel and hub rotate together without backlash. A frictional drag on the hub is transmitted by the adapter to the wire wheel, so that normal operation of the welding machine does not cause wire wheel coasting and unraveling of the weld wire. The adapter allows field retrofit of existing welding machines so they can use the wire wheel in place of prior wire spools. In a modified embodiment, the adapter is made of two parts that are angularly adjustable relative to each other to enable the adapter to engage the spokes of different wire wheels.

摘要： A holder on an electric welding machine manages the machine cables and guns. The holder comprises a box that fits in a cutout in the machine top cover. The box has open front and top sides. At least one socket is supported in the box. A door is hinged to the box for pivoting between open and closed positions. When the door is in the closed position, it covers the box and conceals the sockets. The box and closed door are generally flush with the machine top cover. When the door is pivoted to the open position, it exposes the sockets, and a wall of the door is horizontal. The cable can then be hung from the open door, and the guns can be stored in the sockets. The door is retained in the open position by the cooperation of fingers on the door and depressions in the box. In a modified embodiment, the sockets are supported in the door, and they are rotatable on the door between retracted and working locations.

A leg is mounted to and extends upwardly from the foot, and the worksurface is mounted to a worksurface support at the upper end of the leg. A wire cover is releasably engageable with the leg, and defines an internal passage within which wiring is received. The wire cover faces an exterior surface of the leg, and is releasably engaged with the leg via a clip secured to the leg. The foot defines an opening which receives a lower end of the wire cover. The internal passage of the wire cover establishes communication with an internal area of the wire management arrangement, to enable wires to be routed upwardly into the internal area of the wire management arrangement from the foot.

摘要： A chair that facilitates user ingress and egress has a chair support structure and a seat, a backrest, and at least one armrest coupled to the chair support structure. A lower portion of the armrest is coupled to the chair support structure and an upper portion of the armrest is coupled to the lower portion to allow rotation of the upper portion with respect to the lower portion around a horizontal axis that splits the armrest into the two portions. The upper portion can be placed in an upright position above the lower portion and a folded position alongside the lower portion by rotation of the upper portion around the horizontal axis. The upper portion can be locked in the upright position with a locking mechanism that can extend through both the lower portion and the upper portion to prevent rotation of the upper portion around the horizontal axis.
