Abstract: A real-time, interactive incident reporting and alert system and method is provided. The system includes at least one server configured to: receive, from a user device, an incident report, the incident report including an identifier of a user associated with the user device, a location associated with an incident, and information relating to the incident; identify a plurality of users in proximity to the location; and transmit an alert to a plurality of user devices associated with the plurality of users to inform the plurality of users of the incident.
