The heater unit includes: a liquid holding member that has a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface; a heater that comes in contact with the first surface of the liquid holding member; and a support member that supports the second surface of the liquid holding member and is softer than the liquid holding member.

摘要: A non-combustion suction device includes: a mouthpiece having a suction port; a container configured to accommodate an aerosol source; and a heater including: a porous ceramic substrate that permits infiltration of the aerosol source; a glass layer at least in part on the porous ceramic substrate; a pair of electrode patterns; and a resistor pattern on the glass substrate, the resistor pattern connects the pair of electrode patterns to each other; and a power source connected to the pair of electrode patterns. The power source is configured to supply a power flow through the pair of electrode patterns to cause the resistor pattern to generate heat which atomize, into an aerosol, the aerosol source infiltrated in the porous ceramic substrate; and the porous ceramic substrate has a ratio of porosity to tortuosity of 21 or more.

摘要: A power supply unit for an aerosol generation device includes: a power supply; a first connector connectable to an atomizer for atomizing an aerosol source; a second connector connectable to a heater for heating a flavor source; and a processing device configured to acquire a temperature of the flavor source or the heater. The processing device is configured to start second discharge from the power supply to the heater to make the temperature of the flavor source or the heater converge to a target temperature, before starting first discharge from the power supply to the atomizer, acquire an elapsed time between a start time point of current second discharge and an end time point of a later one of previous first discharge and previous second discharge, and increase power in the first discharge more and/or decrease the target temperature more as the elapsed time becomes longer.

摘要: Provided is a smoking article that allows easy inhaling of a powder at a smoker's own timing, and can suppress powder spill at an unintentional timing such as during production or shipment. The smoking article includes: a tobacco rod containing tobacco; and a filter connected to an end part of the tobacco rod through a tipping paper. The filter includes a powder-containing substance that is a lump of a crude powder containing at least one of a gustatory component and a flavor component, and turns into powder when external force is applied thereon, a cavity in which the powder-containing substance is placed, and a flow path that connects the cavity and a mouthpiece end, allows passage of the powder, and has a smaller inner diameter than an outer diameter of the powder-containing substance.
