Abstract:
A conveyor apparatus for further transporting individually conveyed, flat products includes a rotatingly driven pulling element and spaced receiving apparatuses that can be loaded and emptied secured to the pulling element for being moved in a conveying direction. The receiving apparatuses each included two side walls which are respectively spaced in the conveying direction and form a receiving chamber having an opening for the products. A mechanism is provided for widening the opening in the receiving chamber of the respective apparatuses for loading product into the chamber and a further mechanism is provided for moving the receiving apparatuses into a hanging position with a predetermined inclination in which the openings are downwardly-oriented so that the product can be ejected through the opening.
Abstract:
The furnace for firing ceramic materials has a working surface including a firing area and a storage area. A hood is provided which is moveable motorically relative to the working surface and positioned above the firing area to define the firing chamber. A robot arm for moving the ceramic material into and out of the firing area is provided.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a furnace assembly for dental technology, in particular for ceramic dental compositions, comprising a display device associated with a furnace assembly (10), which may be designed in the manner of a touchscreen, and comprising a control device, which has a data interface by way of which data for controlling the furnace assembly and/or image data (in the form of static images or moving images) can be transmitted. The control device has a packet module, in particular an EDGE, GSM, GRPS and/or UMTS module, by way of which control data and/or image data for presentation on the display device can be transmitted in the form of packets.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for production of dental molded parts from a polymerizable plastic, with a flask (16) and with a heating device (40) for heating the polymerizable plastic in the flask (16). The heating device (40) is movable relative to the flask (16).
Abstract:
An kiln for dental restoration components is provided, and comprises an indicator having an image screen for displaying information. The image screen is provided with at least two, and in particular at least three, surface areas with which optically distinguishable features, including colors, types and structures, can be represented. The surface areas together essentially form a front and/or side view of at least one tooth.
Abstract:
A burning oven is provided, and has a housing that surrounds a combustion chamber in which material that is to be burned can be introduced after the housing is opened and can be placed upon a combustion chamber base. A deposit element is disposed externally of the combustion chamber, and has a deposit surface that is formed at least partially of glass ceramic.
Abstract:
A dental instrument for applying powdered polymers has a reservoir for the powdered polymer that is pressurized at least while the polymer is being applied and communicates with a polymer nozzle through a line for conveying the powdered polymer, which contains a polymer-blocking mechanism. A line for conveying liquid monomer connects a liquid-monomer container, which is also pressurized, with a liquid-monomer nozzle. The release of liquid monomer is controlled by another blocking mechanism. The nozzles are positioned at an interval while being aimed at the same operating area.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a dental furnace wherein a firing chamber is heated up in a first heating-up period at a first heating-up rate of more than 50° K/min, in particular more than 100° K/min, which heats the furnace to at least 1000° C., in particular to 1100-1250° C. The first heating-up period is followed by an intermediate heating period, which is at least five minutes long, in particular at least ten minutes long, the gradient or heating-up rate of which is adapted to the material to be sintered in the dental furnace (10), and wherein this is followed by an end heating-up period (44) during which heating up is effected at a heating-up rate of more than 30° K/min, in particular approximately 50° K/min, and wherein during this the furnace temperature is held for at least five minutes, in particular for at least 25 minutes, above the temperature toward the end of the first heating-up period, and wherein forced cooling of the furnace (10) is performed after this.
