摘要： Various example embodiments are disclosed. According to one example, a method may include sending, by a wireless node, a registration request message, the registration request message including location-related information for the wireless node and a transmission power of the wireless node. The method may further include receiving a neighbor list message, the neighbor list message including a list of registered neighboring wireless nodes, the list indicating a spectral allocation for each registered neighboring wireless node.
