Abstract: A paper-feeding apparatus for a printing apparatus includes a paper input port, a first paper holding tray and a second paper holding tray. The paper input port curves the sheets of paper fed into it so as to increase the rigidity of the stack and the friction between each sheet. The additional rigidity of the stack allows the use of a lightweight paper tray in holding the stack.
