摘要： A method and apparatus for splitting a beam of electromagnetic waves comprising several wavelength components into a plurality of separate beams of discrete wavelengths (demultiplexing) comprises means for coupling and decoupling the beams and at least one filter impinged upon the beams at different angles of incidence. One objective is to provide devices for multiplexing and demultiplexing optical signals which can be produced economically and that require little space for greater suitability in microelectronics.
