    摘要: A device for the transfer of high frequency electrical signals between a rotating component and a stationary component, in particular for use in a CT system, in particular in a gantry of a CT system has a rotor, a stator; at least one brush attached at the stator, with a number of electrically conductive fibers that establish sliding contact with the rotor, and a slideway arranged to the side of the rotor and facing toward the stator. The fibers of the at least one stator-side brush rest on the slideway. A lubricant is provided on the slideway, a rotor has a capture device for the lubricant that is arranged around the outside of the slideway, and at least one return element for the captured lubricant is attached at the stator.

    摘要: In a method and system for data and signal transfer between different sub-units of a medically-related system, in particular a CT system, digitized signals and digital data are transmitted together on a transmission line by means of serial multiplexing. The digitized signals and the digital data are transferred combined into individual packets having a length that is so small that the adherence to a predetermined updating rate of the signals is achieved. The expenditure for the wiring as well as for future expansions in medically-related systems can be significantly reduced.

The terminal equipment and switching stations are synchronized so that the cells are transferred in a synchronized manner via one or more switching stations. Signals and high quality of service (QoS) data thus can be transferred through the same network.

    摘要: A system includes exactly one rotary frame for holding at least one x-ray tube, and one radiation detector that is situated opposite, the x-ray tube being equipped with a diaphragm that can be dynamically adjusted. The system includes a first operating mode for imaging in which the x-ray tube radiate a ray fan of constant fan angle onto the oppositely situated detector, and CT image data records are calculated from the measured data of the detector. It includes a second operating mode for irradiation in which by using at least one imaging x-ray tube used in the first operating mode radiates an x-ray fan that varies with reference to alignment during the rotation of the rotary frame, is narrower perpendicular to the system axis, and remains aligned with the site of at least one tumor in the patient independently of the angular position of the rotary frame.

    摘要: A system is disclosed for producing CT image data records and for irradiating a patient.
