In one embodiment, the hand-held abrasive article includes an elongated resilient body having a perpendicular cross-sectional surface. The cross-sectional surface of the resilient body includes at least one internal right angle, at least one internal acute angle, at least one internal obtuse angle, and at least one curved portion.
