摘要： A pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of premature ejaculation and/or hypersensitivity of sexual stimulation is provided, which contains a therapeutically effective amount of a purified essence of Bufonis venenum for prevention or treatment of dysspermia or the symptom of non-controlled ejaculation in male, due to premature ejaculation and/or hypersensitivity of sexual stimulation. The Bufonis venenum may be a purified essence of Bufonis venenum extracted by use of one or more organic solvent selected from a group consisting of ethyl acetate, dichloromethane or chloroform, and concentrated, and is purified and fractionated by use of silica gel column. The composition may be formulated in a pharmaccutically acceptable formulation of ointment, suspension, gel, spray, patch or solution.
