    摘要: A shoe press for applying pressure to a moving web of paper or the like includes a press shoe extending along a full width of the web being carried through a nip defined between the shoe and a backing member, a support for the shoe, and a plurality of articulated hydraulic loading cylinders arranged between the support and the shoe for urging the shoe toward the backing member to apply pressure to the web. Each loading cylinder includes a single piston and first and second cylinders attached to the shoe and to the support, respectively. The opposite end portions of the piston are slidably received within the cylinders so as to define working chambers in the cylinders which are pressurizable by hydraulic fluid for urging the two cylinders away from each other. The piston engages the cylinders at seals which enable the piston to pivot with respect to both cylinders about axes parallel to and perpendicular to the machine direction so as to enable the loading cylinders to accommodate deformations and thermal expansion of the shoe in the cross-machine direction and to allow the shoe to pivot about an axis perpendicular to the machine direction.

The oil evacuation arrangement has an inlet opening located such that a major portion of the excess oil expelled from between the belt and the shoe element passes through the inlet opening with a kinetic energy that is substantially undiminished from the initial kinetic energy of the oil as it exits from between the belt and the pressing surface of the shoe element.

    摘要: A shoe press for a paper or board machine, comprising a press shoe and a counter roll, which between themselves form an extended nip for a paper or cardboard web and a circulated flexible belt, and a plurality of hydraulic loading cylinders which are arranged between a horizontal beam included in the frame system of the shoe press and the press shoe and adapted to press the press shoe against the counter roll, the pistons of the loading cylinders being fixedly connected to the horizontal beam. The working chambers of the loading cylinders are supplied with fluid by a common duct formed in an elongate duct member which is affixed to the beam. A vertical duct is formed in the piston of each loading cylinder and is connected to the common duct. The duct member is releasably affixed to the beam by eccentric clamping members which are fixable in multiple positions on the beam for selectively placing different portions of the clamping members in engagement with grooves formed in opposite sides of the duct member, such that the duct member and loading cylinders can be shifted as a unit in the machine direction of the shoe press.

    摘要: Digital miniature cameras and methods to manufacture thereof have been achieved. Said miniature cameras having an adjustable focusing device are intended to be used as a built-in modules in hand-held consumer electronic devices, such as e.g. mobile phones and PDAs. The cameras invented have a very small size and produce high-quality pictures. Glue is used to hold different parts together and to seal the joints. The lens is glued in the final stage of the manufacturing line, thus providing the focus setting and the sealing of the cavity that covers the image sensor. A glob top is used to cover and seal the image processor. Said glob top serves two different purposes, first, to distribute the heat away from the sensor and, second, to lock the frame, together with the lens house, into a printed circuit board. In one embodiment a cavity PCB is used to “bury” the sensor of the camera, thus reducing the overall height required. In another embodiment the image processor is mounted on a flexistrip directly underneath the image sensor die, thus reducing the total height of the camera module.

Said test system is especially suited for miniature camera module to be built into consumer electronic devices as mobile phones, PDAs, etc. Said test system comprises three parts, a control system, an auto-focus head, and a XYZ robot. As last step the auto-focus applies glue to fix the focused lens of the camera module. Said XYZ robot performs is moving the camera modules to be tested in XY direction and is approaching the lens system of the auto-focus head in Z direction. Said control system has interfaces to both, XYZ robot and auto-focus hand and is comprising interfaces and a frame grabber.
