摘要： A mobile communication device has communication service restricted when it becomes apparent that the device is in transit. The communication system receives an access control message indicating the device is in transit. The system accesses a mobility access profile stored in a database. The mobility access profile indicates provisioning changes to be made in providing communication service to the mobile communication device while the device is in transit.
