摘要： A system according to invention principles advantageously automatically displays a parameter value within the closest Flowsheet parameter acquisition time interval column. A user interface system provides patient medical parameter data for trend indicative display covering a time period comprising user selectable acquisition time intervals. The system includes an acquisition processor for acquiring, from a patient monitoring device, data representing a patient parameter comprising a plurality of data values at a corresponding plurality of different times within multiple user selectable patient parameter acquisition intervals of a time period. The data processor determines for a particular user selectable acquisition time interval a patient parameter data value closest in time to a center time point of the particular user selected acquisition time interval and excludes other patient parameter data values acquired within the particular user selectable acquisition time interval. A generator generates data representing an image showing a trend indicative display of the patient parameter including the determined patient parameter data value associated with the particular user selectable acquisition time interval and omits the excluded data values.

摘要： A system and a method are described for allowing a user to generate a timeline and display patient data with varying time intervals. The time intervals can range from a few minutes to several hours. By allowing a user to select start time and end time when a time interval change occurs, the time interval change is applied to a selected portion or duration of the timeline rather than the full length. Also multiple time intervals may be selected and applied to the patient data.

摘要： A system and a method for processing medical information are described. An attempt is made to acquire patient data in response to a user request. A determination is made as to whether the patient data relating to the user request comprises more than a predetermined amount data, such as, for example, 48 columns worth of data. If the data relating to the user request comprises more than the predetermined amount, only the predetermined amount of data is acquired. Otherwise, all available data relating to the user request is acquired.

摘要： A user interface system provides patient medical parameter data for trend indicative display covering a time period comprising user selectable acquisition time intervals. An acquisition processor acquires, from a patient monitoring device, data representing a patient parameter comprising a plurality of data values at a corresponding plurality of different times within multiple user selectable patient parameter acquisition intervals of a time period. A generator generates data representing a first image showing a trend indicative display of the patient parameter covering a time period comprising user selectable acquisition time intervals and including a first number of data points in an individual acquisition time interval. The generator generates data representing an image window comprising an expansion of the individual acquisition time interval and including a second number of data points greater than the first number, in response to user command. The generator updates the individual acquisition time interval of the first image with at least one data point selected from the expanded individual acquisition time interval window to replace the first number of data points, in response to user command.

摘要： A system for acquiring and providing data relating to an entity to a user provides for specification of a user defined time “keeper” or anchor for navigation through an electronic data storage system such that the data displayed from screen to screen is kept in the same time context without requiring user scrolling or multiple mouse clicks. Such a system includes at least one repository of entity related data and information indicating an index associated with the entity related data. A source of configuration data identifies a particular index value for the entity. An acquisition processor accesses the repository to acquire entity related data associated with the particular index value in response to a user command to access entity related data.

摘要： A system provides an electronic patient parameter Flowsheet offering the flexible features of a paper chart by enabling user configurability of a Flowsheet trend indicative display to incorporate and locate desired patient parameters and associated data items and properties and to hide non-critical supplementary data. A system configures a user interface presenting patient medical parameter data in a trend indicative display indicating a time period comprising user selectable acquisition time intervals. An acquisition processor acquires, from a patient monitoring device, data representing a patient parameter. A processor initiates generation of data representing at least one display image for use in configuring a trend indicative display of a patient parameter and an associated data item by enabling user selection of the data item for trend indicative display and by enabling user association of the data item with a property indicating at least one of, (a) the data item represents volume data to be used in patient fluid infusion or output calculation, (b) the data item represents a rate for use in calculation of volume of patient fluid infusion or output and (c) the data item value is to be used in multiple acquisition time intervals of the trend indicative display.
