摘要： This disclosure relates to a linear polymer obtained by reacting a polyethylene glycol, a polypropylene glycol; a diol; and a diisocyanate, as well as a controlled release composition containing the linear polymer together with an active agent. The active agent can have a molecular weight of 200 g/mol to 20,000 g/mol.
