摘要： A self-tanning or sunscreen cosmetic composition comprising a first resting color and a second application color comprising a water phase, and oil phase, and diffusive pigments suspended in the oil phase, wherein the diffusive pigments suspended in the oil phase provide the first resting color and upon diffusion out of the oil phase upon application provide the second application color.
