    摘要: An apparatus and method for supporting quality of services (QoS) for respective subscriber classes for an Ethernet passive optical network (E-PON) are provided. The method for supporting QoS includes specifying bandwidths and subscriber classes for respective ports for a plurality of subscriber termination systems connected to a service provider termination system; based on the bandwidth information, allocating bandwidths for respective subscriber ports of the subscriber termination systems; based on the subscriber class information, assigning IP addresses to respective subscriber of the subscriber termination systems according to subscriber class; and by using the bandwidths and IP addresses, supporting QoS according to subscriber class in transmitting and receiving data between the service provider termination system and the subscriber termination systems.

The intelligent management apparatus includes: a context aware portion for extracting context aware information from sensing data, generating context information, history information and object information based on the context aware information, and generating context priority information based on the context information when at least two contexts conflict with each other; an information directory for storing the context information, the history information, the object information, the context priority information; a service determining portion for detecting events based on the context aware information, reasoning services corresponding to the events based on the information stored in the information directory, and outputting reasoned service information; and a service control portion for determining a service priority of services to be executed based on the reasoned service information and controlling drive of devices corresponding to the respective services according to the determined service priority. The intelligent management apparatus and method of the digital home network system prevent a collision between the context information and services which may happen during operation of the digital home network system and minimize user's intervention.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and system for providing voice-based supplementary information service using road map data. The voice-based supplementary information service system includes a content registration server for receiving content for the voice-based supplementary information service, and converting the content into supplementary information data having voice data format. At least one GPS satellite detects a location of the mobile communication terminal and transmits GPS radio waves, including the location information. A mobile communication terminal receives the location information and requests the road guidance service and the supplementary information service. A relay server relays requests for the road guidance service and the supplementary information service. A road search server generates road map data and transmits the road map data to the relay server. A user management server determines whether the request for the supplementary information service exists in the road map data. An information provision server verifies the type of supplementary information service, receives supplementary information data corresponding to the type from the content registration server, and generates supplementary information-added data in which the supplementary information data is included in a data area of the road map data.
