摘要： A wound golf ball has a wound core enclosed with a multilayer cover. The wound core consists of a center ball and a thread rubber layer. The multilayer cover includes an inner layer, an outer layer, and an adhesive layer therebetween. The adhesive layer forms a firm joint between the cover inner and outer layers whereby the ball is improved in restitution, spin and durability. The outer cover is formed of a non-yellowing thermoplastic polyurethane. The cover outer layer is injection molded on the adhesive layer.
