摘要: A state monitoring device for a plate spring mounted on a railcar bogie is configured to monitor a state of the plate spring, the plate spring including fiber-reinforced resin containing electrically conductive reinforced fibers containing reinforced fibers extending in a longitudinal direction of the plate spring. The state monitoring device includes: an electrode pair provided at both width direction side end surfaces of the plate spring and sandwiching the plate spring, a width direction of the plate spring being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the plate spring and a thickness direction of the plate spring; and a measuring unit electrically connected to the electrode pair and configured to measure an electrical characteristic of the plate spring.

摘要: A piston is cylindrical and includes: a concave spherical portion formed at one of end portions of the piston and having a partially spherical shape; a cylindrical hollow portion formed at the other end portion of the piston; and an oil passage formed between the concave spherical portion and the hollow portion, the concave spherical portion and the hollow portion communicating with each other through the oil passage. The concave spherical portion includes a concave spherical surface formed by forging and having a partially spherical shape. A convex spherical portion of a shoe is supported by the concave spherical surface so as to be slidable and rotatable. An area of contact between the concave spherical surface and a predetermined master ball corresponding to the convex spherical portion is 40% or more of an entire area of the concave spherical surface.

摘要: A railcar bogie includes: a protection target member of the railcar bogie; and a protective film including an adhesive surface stuck to the protection target member. The protective film is configured such that an impact absorbing layer and a flame-retardant layer are laminated in this order from the protection target member side. The impact absorbing layer is thicker than the flame-retardant layer.

摘要: A method of producing an electrode-equipped plate spring of a railcar bogie includes: a resin removing step of partially irradiating a surface of fiber-reinforced resin, prepared by including electrically conductive fibers in resin, of a plate spring with a laser beam to partially remove the resin and partially expose the electrically conductive fibers; and an electrode forming step of attaching an electrode to an exposed region formed by partially exposing the electrically conductive fibers of the fiber-reinforced resin.
