摘要： Lysis of yeast cell walls in an aqueous medium by an enzyme which is capable of lysing the yeast cell walls is accelerated by effecting the lysis in the presence of a water-soluble sulfite or by effecting the lysis on the yeast which has been pretreated with a water-soluble sulfite. The water-soluble sulfite can contain another water-soluble inorganic salt or cupric ions.
