Abstract: Degrees of abnormality of a valve and an actuator that drives the valve are estimated. An information processing system (100) according to the present invention includes an acquisition unit (110) configured to acquire angular velocity data of a rotation of a rotating shaft, the angular velocity data being detected by an angular velocity sensor, and an estimation unit (120) configured to estimate a degree of abnormality of each of an actuator (2) and a valve (3) by referring to the angular velocity data acquired by the acquisition unit (110).
