Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an adhesion-imparting resin comprising (a) a repeating unit derived from a petroleum resin monomer and (b) a repeating unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, which comprises an epoxy group, and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 g/mol or less, and has excellent compatibility and reactivity with a specific base compound such that the transparency and heat resistance of an adhesive agent can be improved.
