    摘要: In order to provide a coolant tank for preventing a containment from being recompressed and reheated during the cooling of the containment upon occurrence of a design basis accident and a severe accident and a passive containment cooling system comprising the same, the present invention comprises: a storage tank for storing a coolant; a division part which is arranged within the storage tank and divides the inside of the storage tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank to separate the coolant; a first heat exchanger which is extended from the storage tank to the containment and cools the containment on the basis of the coolant; and a unidirectional valve which is provided on the division part and allows the coolant of the second storage tank to be introduced into the first storage tank when the water level of the first storage tank is reduced.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a nuclear reactor building from being pressurized and heated again when the nuclear reactor building is cooled in the event of a severe accident. The present invention comprises: a reservoir tank in which cooling water is stored; a partition part which is disposed in the reservoir tank and partitions the inside of the reservoir tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank so as to separate the cooling water in the reservoir tank; and an inflow part which is disposed in the partition part and allows the cooling water of the second storage tank to naturally flow into the first storage tank by the difference between the water levels of the first and second storage tanks when the water level of the first storage tank is lowered.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a nuclear power plant having improved cooling performance and a method for operating the same. The nuclear power plant having improved cooling performance according to the present invention comprises: a reactor vessel including a reactor core; a hot-leg and a cold-leg extending from the reactor vessel; a hybrid safety injection tank which contains coolant, is connected to the cold-leg and the reactor vessel, and is positioned higher than the reactor core; a coolant tank connected to the reactor vessel and positioned higher than the reactor core; and a pressure reducing valve connected to the hot-leg.
