摘要: The present invention provides a concrete vacuum tube segment for a hyper-speed transportation system using ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) and a manufacturing method thereof. A concrete vacuum tube segment for a hyper-speed transportation system can be easily manufactured using UHPC, in which shrinkage and structural cracking do not occur due to mixing a binder and a short fiber to secure airtightness on the basis of a maximum fill theory, and accordingly, shrinkage of the concrete vacuum tube segment can be reduced even in a partial-vacuum state in which the magnitude of drying shrinkage is very small and quick drying occurs; when mixing the UHPC, an antifoaming agent is mixed and a circular vacuum pump is used to remove generated entrapped air to minimize the entrapped air; and a capsule-type crack healing material, which is able to repair fine cracks, is compacted to secure airtightness of the concrete vacuum tube segment.

摘要: Provided are a concrete structure repaired and reinforced using a textile grid reinforcement and a highly durable inorganic binder and a method of repairing and reinforcing the same, capable of easily repairing and reinforcing an old concrete structure by adhering a textile grid reinforcement, which is coated with a coating material to improve adhesiveness, to the old concrete structure and by adhering a textile grid reinforcement selectively using a highly durable inorganic binder having chloride penetration resistance performance or chemical resistance performance according to a use environment and a reinforcement purpose, that is, by adhering a textile grid reinforcement using an inorganic binder such as cement in place of an organic adhesive. Further, the concrete structure has excellent refractory performance because both the textile grid reinforcement such as a carbon fiber and the highly durable inorganic binder are incombustible materials, and can be effectively applied to reinforcing facilities exposed to the danger of fire.

摘要: The present invention provides a crack repair material of a concrete vacuum tube segment using ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) for a hyper-speed transportation system and a crack repairing method for the same capable of, in a case in which a vacuum tube segment of a hyper-speed transportation system, such as the Hyperloop, is manufactured using UHPC, repairing cracks formed in the UHPC vacuum tube segment easily and conveniently using a crack growth prevention material and a patch repair material and capable of immediately repairing cracks formed in the UHPC vacuum tube segment to secure airtightness so that operation of a vacuum pump is minimized and overload of the vacuum pump is prevented.

摘要: Provided are a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional textile reinforcement material and a method of constructing a textile reinforced concrete structure using a three-dimensional textile reinforcement material. A two-dimensional grid is bent into a three-dimensional shape using a two-dimensionally woven or knitted textile grid, and the bent grid is coupled with at least one two-dimensional grid, and thus the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material can be simply and easily formed. The three-dimensional textile reinforcement material can be formed by coating the coupled two-dimensional grid and a three-dimensional grid with a thermosetting resin and curing the coupled grids to support a concrete pouring pressure. The three-dimensional textile reinforcement material is formed in a truss material, and the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material with high bending strength can be manufactured, thus a concrete pouring pressure can be supported when a textile reinforced concrete structure is constructed using the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material.

摘要: A method of batch-casting high-fluidity high performance concrete and low-fluidity high performance concrete, wherein the method is capable of batch-casting high-fluidity high performance concrete for forming a girder portion of a bridge and low-fluidity high performance concrete for forming a deck plate portion of the bridge by using a concrete casting apparatus. Accordingly, the construction cost can be reduced and the construction period can be shortened. In addition, because a cold joint does not occur, durability can be improved, and thus the life of the bridge can be increased.

摘要: Provided are a textile reinforced cement composite for suppressing occurrence of slipping and a crack and a manufacturing method thereof. The textile reinforced cement composite for suppressing occurrence of slipping and a crack can suppress slipping between a textile grid reinforcement and a cement composite by using an angulated filling material mixed therewith when a textile reinforced cement composite having a textile grid reinforcement embedded in a cement composite is manufactured, suppress occurrence of a crack of the cement composite, suppress occurrence of a crack of the cement composite due to a fiber bridging reaction by using organic fiber mixed therewith, induce distribution of fine cracks, suppress degradation of fluidity of the cement composite caused by mixing of the angulated filling material by using a spherical binder and a chemical admixture added thereto, and suppress slipping between the textile grid reinforcement and the cement composite by using a fine powder binder having a predetermined particle size and mixed therewith.

摘要: Provided are an anchor pin for placing shotcrete and fixing a textile grid and a method of constructing textile grid reinforced shotcrete using the same, wherein the anchor pin allows a textile grid reinforcement to be precisely disposed at a required position and, when shotcrete is placed, prevents a textile grid reinforcement from moving due to a driving pressure for precise construction so as to increase durability and safety of the concrete structure, allows primary and secondary shotcrete to be constructed while placing thicknesses thereof are visually checked so as to increase precision of construction, and allows the textile grid reinforcement to be disposed and fixed to accurately correspond to a shape of the concrete structure even when a lower portion of a slab, a wall, and a structure with a curved surface, such as a lining of a tunnel, are built.
