Abstract: The present specification discloses an electrochemical catalyst of core-shell structure and manufacturing method thereof. The electrochemical catalyst according to one embodiment of the disclosure provides an effect of being stable in an alkaline environment that is not lost in an aqueous solution while having a high ion exchange capacity and a method for preparing the same.
