Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for expanding plastics material parisons into plastics material containers by a liquid medium with at least two transforming stations which fill and expand the plastics material parisons with the liquid medium with at least one common delivery device, which delivers the liquid medium to both transforming stations, wherein the transforming stations in each case have filling devices which fill the liquid medium into the plastics material parisons. According to the embodiments these transforming stations and/or filling devices in each case have a throttle device which are suitable and intended for changing the volume flow of the liquid entering the plastics material parisons.

Abstract: A machine for expanding plastic parisons into plastic containers by a liquid medium with at least two transforming stations. These transforming stations fill and expand the plastic parisons with the liquid medium, with at least one pressure generating device. This pressure generating device is suitable and intended to deliver the liquid medium to at least one filling device which fills the plastic parisons with the liquid medium, wherein at least one shut-off device is installed in at least one connection channel between the pressure generating device and the filling device, inside which the liquid medium is conveyed. This shut-off device is configured and provided in order that a fluid path inside the connection conduit can be at least partially interrupted.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, includes at least one forming station which forms the plastic preforms into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium to the plastic preforms, wherein the forming station includes a blow mold, and a rod-like body which is insertable into the plastic preforms via a mouth of the plastic preforms, and a moving device which is configured for moving the rod-like body in the longitudinal direction of the plastic performs. The rod-like body has a channel for guiding the flowable medium, and the forming station has a valve device controlling the supply of the flowable medium into the channel. The valve device is arranged on the moving device and/or a ratio between an inner diameter of the rod-like body and an outer diameter of said rod-like body is, at least in sections, smaller than or equal to 0.5.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for expanding and filling plastic parisons to form plastic containers with a liquid medium, with at least one transforming station which has a hollow mould, inside which the plastic parisons can be expanded into plastic containers and can be simultaneously filled by application of a liquid medium, wherein the transforming station is arranged on a carrier and wherein the transforming station has a filling device which feeds the liquid medium to the plastic parisons under pressure, wherein the transforming station has a pressure chamber to which a gas can be applied, wherein for filling of the plastic parisons the filling device can be introduced into the pressure chamber and after the filling can be removed at least partially, and wherein a closing unit can be introduced into the pressure chamber, in order to close the expanded und filled plastic containers.
