Abstract: A mobile device for repairing furnace walls includes a mobile unit on which telescopically disposed conduit means are mounted. A nozzle is mounted on the conduit means such that refractory material fed through the conduit means is discharged from the nozzle for deposit on the furnace walls. Supporting means are provided for supporting the conduit means on the mobile unit and for controlling the location and position of the nozzle whereby the conduit means may be operated from a remote position to control the location and direction of discharge of refractory material from the nozzle and provide for depositing the refractory material on the furnace wall with a minimum of waste.
