摘要： A typewriting mechanism for a typewriter machine in which mechanism a swingable hammer bracket supporting a typewheel having a number of types formed on the surface of the typewheel, is driven by a single rotary magnet without being disconnected from a type-character selecting mechanism so that the typewheel strikes against the platen and a type-character on the surface of the typewheel is printed on the typewriter paper around the platen. The single rotary magnet also actuates a locking mechanism of the typewheel and a lever for driving an ink ribbon feed mechanism.
