摘要： An optical connector apparatus includes a first connector having a first connecting portion adapted to be connected to and disconnected from a first connecting object in a first direction, a second connector which has a second connecting portion adapted to be connected to a second connection object and which is coupled to the first connector, and an optical fiber connected between the first and the second connectors. The first connector includes a first ferrule having an end portion formed at a position corresponding to the first connecting portion and having a first outer diameter. The second connector includes a second ferrule having an end portion formed at a position corresponding to the second connecting portion and having a second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter. The optical fiber is coupled to the first and the second ferrules.

The shutter is formed by a single sheet of plate material and includes a plate-like light shielding portion positioned to cross the optical axis and a held portion held by the housing. The shielding portion has a width in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The held portion is shifted in position with respect to the light shielding portion in the direction of the width of the shielding portion.

摘要： An optical connector apparatus includes a first connector having a first connecting portion adapted to be connected to and disconnected from a first connecting object in a first direction, a second connector which has a second connecting portion adapted to be connected to a second connection object and which is coupled to the first connector, and an optical fiber connected between the first and the second connectors. The first connector includes a first ferrule having an end portion formed at a position corresponding to the first connecting portion and having a first outer diameter. The second connector includes a second ferrule having an end portion formed at a position corresponding to the second connecting portion and having a second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter. The optical fiber is coupled to the first and the second ferrules.

摘要： A shell covering a housing has a shell body portion and a first and a second joining portion joining both ends of the shell body portion to each other. The first joining portion has a projecting portion projecting from a first end portion of the shell body portion and a recessed portion formed at a second end portion of the shell body portion and engaging with the projecting portion. The second joining portion has a first overlapping portion and a second overlapping portion that are overlapped with each other. The first overlapping portion is part of the first end portion and the second overlapping portion is part of the second end portion. An opening is formed at the first overlapping portion and a caulking portion is formed at the second overlapping portion. The opening and the caulking portion engage with each other by caulking the caulking portion.
