摘要： Plasminogen activator acts as an anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting generation of superoxide anion by a mechanism that is not related to L-arginine, is not dependent on thrombolytic activity, and is not a function of oxygen free radical scavenging. Moreover, in in vivo models of inflammation, treatment with plasminogen activator reduces edema without inhibiting neutrophil infiltration in in vivo models of inflammation.
