摘要： A heat transferring member has a base wall including a base portion and angled portions. The angled portions extend from opposite sides of the base portion with respect to a flow direction of a fluid. The angled portions are provided by portions that are cut out from the base wall on opposite sides of the base portion and bent relative to the base wall.
