    摘要: A waterdrop-proof camera includes lens frames which are moved backward and forward relative to an optical axis during zooming or focusing; a camera main body in which the lens frames are slidably held in a liquid-sealed state; vent holes, provided in positions where they will not be covered by the hand of a user, on either the wall surface of the camera main body or that of the lena frames, through which vent holes the inside of the camera is communicated with the outside thereof; and a sheet-like member, having sufficient water repellency and air permeability, arranged on the camera body containing the inner side of the vent holes so as to seal them. A sealing member formed from a elastic member is fixed to either one of first and second lens frames which move relative to each other, by which sealing member one of the lens frames is radially pressed against the other, so that a section between the two lens frames is waterproofed. In addition, a device is disposed for increasing the amount of pressure at a specific focal distance or in a state in which the lens frames are housed.

    摘要: The present invention provides a waterproof camera having a sealed strobe movable between a flashing position and a non-flashing position and a sealed camera body having a larger volume than the strobe. The waterproof camera further comprises a capacitor for storing charge used to flash a strobe unit, a switch fitted in guide ditches on a barrier cover, which is used to detect that the strobe does not lie between the flashing position and the non-flashing position, with a barrier member between them, a capacitor discharge resistor for removing charge from the capacitor according to the output of the switch, a terminal and a connector pin for coupling the strobe with the capacitor so that the strobe and capacitor can be decoupled from each other freely in the camera, and for decoupling the capacitor from the strobe when the strobe moves to a position except those positions between the flashing position and non-flashing position, and a hollow tube for providing an air passage between the camera body and the sealed strobe.

The second slide projection has a projecting length longer than the first slide projection and guides movement of the barrier. The first cam portion is slidably engaged with the first and the second slide projections and guides movement of the barrier in the second direction. The second cam portion, branched from the first cam means and slidably engaged with only the first slide projection, guides movement of the barrier in the first direction.
