摘要： An apparatus and method for performing an admission control of a terminal device with an antenna array in a cellular network is provided. The admission control decision is based on a direction-specific load determined by an estimation of a load-dependent directional parameter. Additionally, a cell-splitting function with at least two scrambling codes can be implemented.
