摘要： A process for a common deflection of at least two light beams having different wavelengths, wherein the deflection is carried out by means of an acousto-optical crystal, is characterized in that color-dependent beam dividers and deflection units are inserted in the beam path of the, at least two, light beams of different colors in such a way that deflection angles are compensated by properly adjusted longer beam paths, so that all beams coincide at a predetermined distance from the deflecting crystal.
