摘要： In a cylinder head gasket for an internal-combustion engine, composed of a disc of fibrous and/or porous soft material provided with passages, and a metallic casing extending around one such passage and presenting two arms each disposed at a respective side of the disc with at least one arm being angled in the direction toward the soft material, and a saturating agent which is plastic or elastic when installed and which fills the pores of the soft material except for the region underneath the casing, the angled portion of the at least one arm has the configuration of an annular recess directed toward the interior of the disc in the immediate vicinity of the end of the one flange arm.

摘要： By means of at least one radiation pyrometer, the radiation emission emerging at the surface of the peripheral wall of a centrifugal ring is continuously detected and used for process control as an actual value in a control circuit for hot gas flow. In consequence, optimum management of the centrifugal ring temperature is achieved and automation of the fibering process made possible, while at the same time harmful over-heating and shock-like temperature changes of the centrifugal ring are avoided.

摘要： An installation for the continuous manufacture of differing mineral fiber products, wherein control parameters associated with each fiber product to be manufactured are changed when the production line is to be changed from the production of one product to that of another. For this purpose, the individual control parameters for a new product are first adjusted by hand by means of a reference value adjusting device in the course of a test cycle and thereby optimized. Control signals corresponding to the adjustments thus obtained for a respective fiber product are then stored in a fixed memory and are addressable by means of a common address. If production of the same product is subsequently to be resumed, the set of associated control signals is transferred from the fixed memory to a CPU, whereby the whole production line or an envisaged part of the production line is immediately converted to the new product. Manual correcting devices switchably connected to the CPU in place of the reference value adjustment devices permit fine adjustments to be carried out on the stored reference values as required by the circumstances in each individual case.
