摘要： A thin type transformer has a coil bobbin with a coil wound on a flat and hollow barrel part of the bobbin, and a core mounted to the bobbin with a central leg portion of the core passed through the barrel part. Further, a pair of core cover members adapted to be mutually fittable while enclosing the core are mounted to the transformer as fitted and coupled to each other through engaging parts of the cover members, whereby constituent elements can be simplified while improving effectively the assembling and mass-producing ability.

摘要： To provide a coil bobbin for a transformer in which no through hole is formed in both sides of an upper flange to thereby prevent upsizing, and no long arm apt to splinter is formed on a terminal board, and the terminal board can be readily mounted to a flange. In the coil bobbin in which an end of an upper flange (3) formed on an upper end of a drum (2) is formed with a terminal board mounting portion (5), and in which a separately formed terminal board (8) is mountable on the terminal board mounting portion (5), an inside of the terminal board mounting portion (5) is formed with a rib (7), whose upper portion is formed with a plurality of plate-like walls, and an inner end of the terminal board (8) is formed with a plurality of through holes (17) in which said walls are inserted.

摘要： A coil bobbin for a current transformer is provided which requires no adhesive and no eyelets, as well as enables easy fixing of a primary coil to the coil bobbin without an increase in cost. The coil bobbin includes a configuration in which a coil bobbin 1 is formed, at an outer surface of one of flanges 4 thereof, with a primary coil mounting portion 7 and a primary coil fixing portion 8 so as to protrude outwardly. The primary coil mounting portion 7 and the primary coil fixing portion 8 are formed, at both sides thereof, with through holes 9, 9′ through which a pair of legs 3a of a primary coil 3 for detecting electric current extend. The primary coil fixing portion 8 is formed with a window 12 into which a jig is inserted. The window 12 is formed with concave fixing portions 12a. Each of the legs 3a of the primary coil 3 is inserted into the through hole 9 of the primary coil mounting portion 7, then the window 12 and the through hole 9′ of the primary coil fixing portion 8, respectively; and each of the legs 3a positioned in the window 12 is bent by the jig toward each of the fixing portions 12a to be fixed thereto.
