摘要: In a chart of molecular weight distribution measured of a toner, i) the toner has a main peak in the region of molecular weight of 16,000 to 60,000, and ii) where the molecular weight at the main peak is represented by M1, and where the height at the molecular weight M1 is represented by H(M1), the height at a molecular weight of 4,000 by H(4000) and the height at a molecular weight of 15,000 by H(15000), the H(4000), the H(15000) and the H(M1) satisfy a specific proportion. The toner has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 15,000 to 80,000, and, in an endothermic chart, i) the toner has an endothermic main peak in the range of 40 to 130° C., and ii) the calorimetric integral value represented by the peak area of the endothermic main peak is 10 to 35 J per 1 g of the toner.

摘要: A non magnetic toner comprises toner particles each containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a wax component. The toner further comprises an inorganic fine powder. A storage elastic modulus at 110° C. (G′110) of the non magnetic toner is in a range of 2.00×104 to 2.00×105 dN/m2. A storage elastic modulus at 150° C. (G′150) of the non magnetic toner is in a range of 3.00×103 to 2.00×104 dN/m2. The toner particles are obtained by dispersing a polymerizable monomer composition containing polymerizable monomers, the colorant, the wax component and a low-molecular weight polymer into an aqueous medium, granulating the dispersed polymerizable monomer composition, and polymerizing the polymerizable monomers in granulated particles. The low-molecular weight polymer has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) measured by means of gel permeation chromatography (GPC) in a range of 2000 to 5000.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a toner excellent in fixing ability and developing ability. Provided is a non-magnetic toner including: toner particles each containing at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a wax component; and an inorganic fine powder, wherein: the toner has a specific storage elastic modulus at each of 110 C and 150 C; when a temperature at which a differential curve of a temperature and the common logarithm LogG′ of a storage elastic modulus G′ shows the minimum value in the temperature region of 60 to 130 C is denoted by T0, a straight line having the largest gradient out of straight lines each connecting points on the differential curve at temperatures of T0+a and (T0+a)+1 (C) [where a represents an integer of 0 to 9] is denoted by A, a straight line having the smallest gradient out of straight lines each connecting points on the differential curve at temperatures of T0+b (C) and (T0+b)+10 (C) [where b represents an integer of 0 or more] is denoted by B, and a straight line having the largest gradient out of straight lines each connecting points on the differential curve at temperatures of T0+c and (T0+c)+10 (C) [where c represents an integer larger than “a value b when a straight line B is given”] is denoted by C, the relationship of 1C ? ¢TA (from T0 to the point of intersection of the straight lines A and B) ? 20 C and the relationship of 100 C ? TBC (the point of intersection of the straight lines B and C) ? 120 C are established.

摘要: A toner is provided which is excellent in low-temperature fixability and offset resistance, has a wide fixing temperature range, provides fixed images with high gloss, and can form toner images having high quality. The toner is composed of toner particles having toner base particles each containing a binder resin and a colorant. When the viscosities of each of the toner particles measured at 100° C. and 110° C. by a flow tester heat-up method are represented by η100 (Pa·s) and η110 (Pa·s), respectively, an average variation in viscosity AηT represented by the following equation (1) satisfies the relationship of 0≧AηT≧−0.064: AηT=(log(η100)−log(η100)/(110−100) (1); and η100 is 15,000 to 40,000 Pa·s.
