摘要： The present invention relates to a device that includes a radio network control device operable to control a plurality of radio base stations. Also included is a grouping processing unit operable to group into a same group many mobile devices that perform handover to a specific radio base station in a predetermined period. Furthermore, the device includes an identification information notifying unit operable to, when a mobile device performs handover to the radio base station, notify the radio base station of identification information of the mobile device and identification information of one or more other mobile devices belonging to the same group.

摘要： A mobile radio communication system is provided for keeping high-quality communications and preventing disconnection of a radio link in fast movement. The system includes the radio network controller provided with a storage unit and a control unit. The storage unit stores grouped-user-equipments management information to be used for identifying and managing a plurality of user equipments as one group. The control unit controls the user equipments belonging to the same group so that they may be connected with their respective ones of the cells formed by the node bases. This allows the plurality of user equipments belonging to the same group to execute multiplex communications, thereby preventing simultaneous disconnection of the radio links of the user equipments belonging to the same group even when those user equipments are moving fast.

摘要： A traffic measuring apparatus provided in an exchange measures traffic caused by call control for a plurality of terminals accommodated in the exchange. The traffic measuring apparatus includes a traffic measuring section for measuring traffic in accordance with a predetermined measuring method, a load measuring section for measuring a call control load, and a measuring method change control section for changing the measuring method used in the traffic measuring section to a different measuring method in accordance with the call control load measured by the load measuring section. Accordingly, it becomes possible to perform detailed traffic measurement, while minimizing the load acting on the call control.

摘要： A shift lever device for an automatic transmission has a pivotally moveable shift lever. A case receives a lower portion of the shift lever. The case has an interior which is divided into first and second spaced portions. A shift lock mechanism has sensitive electric parts installed in only the second portion. A water stopper member is mounted to the lower portion of the shift lever. The water stopper member is so arranged and constructed as to positively guide liquid flowing down on and along the shift lever and reached thereto, toward only the first portion thereby to protect the sensitive electric parts from the liquid.
