摘要: A stretchable substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first modulus region which has a first modulus, a second modulus region which is located in a plane direction with respect to the first modulus region and has a second modulus higher than the first modulus, and a third modulus region which is located between the first modulus region and the second modulus region and has an interface modulus which gradually changes between the first modulus and the second modulus, wherein the interface modulus of the third modulus region may be constant in the thickness direction thereof.

摘要: A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first substrate to which external light is applied; a first and a second control electrode disposed on the first substrate, the second control electrode being spaced apart from the first control electrode; an insulating film disposed on the first and the second control electrode; a first and a second contact electrode formed on the insulation film, wherein the first contact electrode at least partially overlaps the first control electrode, and the second contact electrode is spaced apart from the first contact electrode and at least partially overlaps the second control electrode; a shuttering operation body moving between the first and the second contact electrode so as to transmit or block light; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; and a quantum dot film disposed on the first or the second substrate and adjusting the wavelength of light passing through the shuttering operation body.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a stretchable display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes preparing a process carrier substrate, forming a flexible substrate on the process carrier substrate, forming a light emitting layer and a driving element controlling the light emitting layer on the flexible substrate, and attaching a stretchable film divided into a low stretchable area and a high stretchable area such that at least a part of the low stretchable area covers at least a part of the driving element in a state in which the high stretchable area is stretched.
