摘要： To provide an attachment structure of a weather strip for a vehicle capable of maintaining high-level sealing property even if the vehicle door is sucked outside during the run, while keeping excellent door-closing performance. The attachment structure comprises a base member to be attached to a retainer formed in a door sash, and a hollow seal portion integrally formed with the base member. The hollow seal portion is brought into contact with a body panel while the door is closed. A part of the body panel with which the hollow seal portion makes an elastic contact is configured as a parallel-sealing surface in parallel or roughly parallel to a sucked-out direction of the door during the run.

The die molded portion comprises a weather strip main body and a protruding cushion member which is integrally molded with the weather strip main body. The cushion member comprises a cavity for a purpose of absorbing a mechanical shock which is produced at a time a door is closed. The die molded portion is formed with a soft material. The cavity is filled with a cushion element which is made of a hard material.

摘要： In a lower seal composed of a mounting part 5 to be mounted to a door panel 3 by a clip 4, a main lip 6 that is provided in a protruding state by bending from the upper end of the mounting part toward the inside of a vehicle and a sub-lip 22 that is integrally formed in the lower end of the mounting part, and that covers a drainage hole 12 by elastically making contact with a paint sealer 11 mounted to a hem 9; a folding part 23 with a V-shaped cross section is formed in the sub-lip 22 so as not to damage the lower seal, because the folding part 23 makes contact with the margin of the insertion groove 17 and is folded and the lower end of the sub-lip 22 is drawn from the hem 9 and tucked by the pedestal 16 when the door panel 3 after mounting of the lower seal is carried to a cradle for the next process.

The seal member includes a horizontally extending upper seal lip which comes into elastic contact with a peripheral part of an opening provided on a vehicle body, and a vertically extending side seal lip which comes into elastic contact with another peripheral part of the opening. The upper seal lip and side seal lip are connected to each other by die forming, thus forming a connected portion thereof. The upper seal lip and side seal lip have, on a side of the connected portion to be proximate to the vehicle body when the door member is closed, a seal sheet member covering the connected portion.

摘要： There is provided a fixing structure of a door weather strip which comprises a weather strip for a car and an insert clip for fixing a molding part of the weather strip to a door panel. The weather strip comprises a molding part having an insertion hole, and bag-shaped fitting grooves which are formed above the insertion hole at an outer side of the molding part, each having an opening at the lower end thereof. The insert clip comprises a plate-shaped body part having a clip part which projects laterally from the body part and is inserted into the insertion hole of the weather strip to fix the weather strip to the door panel. The insert clip also comprises pawl parts which stand upright from the outer end of the body part, and each pawl part tightly fits in a corresponding fitting groove of the weather strip.
