Abstract: A knock down privacy screen assembly is shippable in an unassembled condition. The components include a rectangular knitted privacy screen having a cutout at each corner and pockets along each side of the rectangular knitted privacy screen, hollow frame members and corner members for connecting the hollow frame members. The assembly may be assembled without tools. The assembly may include mounting brackets for securing the assembled privacy screen to a desk or the like. Alternatively, stabilizer feet may be secured to the corner members for supporting the assembled privacy screen on a support surface such as a floor.
