Abstract: A system for regulating application of solution to a user, includes a rollerball; a body, including a first end and a reservoir disposed at a second end of the body; a fitment, including a well and a solution regulator; and a piston, wherein the fitment is configured to hold the rollerball; the rollerball is substantially spherical and rotatable in the fitment; the first end of the body is configured to hold the fitment; the reservoir is configured to hold a solution; the piston is inserted into the reservoir at the second end of the body; and the well is configured to receive a predetermined volume of the solution from the reservoir.
