Abstract: The instant invention is directed to an apparatus to enable the stripping of two or more bobbins at once. The mechanism provides for the tilting of a downstream bobbin by means of guides back towards an upstream bobbin so that a strand may be unwound from each bobbin without incurring breakage of a strand as the lead bobbin proceeds away from the stripping unit.
